· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues· Manage the recruitment and selection process· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital·Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization·Nurture a positive working environment·Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance·Maintain pay plan and benefits program·Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs·Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics·Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management·I keep records and files of both staff and student and also update them·Disburse fuel vouchers for the school drivers ·Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email·Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries for the school·Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, register)·Manage the inventory of the school and reconcile any discrepancies .Update calendars and schedule meetings

·Develop methodologies for researching SME’S·Identify SME’S that have training needs ·Work with graphic artist to develop appropriate marketing materials·Market training programs to get participants ·Prepare cost reports for each learning program·Support in the development of training materials·Co-ordinate training programs ·Proofread training slides before presentations ·Provide support during the execution of trainings  ·Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session ·Write training reports.
