The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Gamma Theta Chapter was the first student organization established at the University of Dayton by seven African American college students in attendance at the University. These seven college brothers put an initiative towards organizing among the community of black students on campus, and formulated this establishment before black students were allowed to live on campus.

Our mission at CAB is to enhance the student experience by curating a diverse array of engaging events and activities that cater to the entire University of Dayton community. From planning and organizing to execution.

Campus Activities Board (CAB) is a student run programming board that works with the Center for Student Involvement to provide fun events for UD students. We plan events for the entire UD community. These events are both on and off campus and incite community and student engagement.

We are Campus Recreation, your hub on campus for recreation and wellness. The Department of Campus Recreation offers students and members of The University of Dayton community an intentional and extraordinary experience to live healthy and active lives while on-campus. We motivate, inspire, and empower the UD community to lead healthy, active, and balanced lives.Programs and services range from group fitness, aquatics, outdoor education, climbing, intramural sports, sport clubs, personal training and many other activities. Our programs and services are enhanced by our excellent indoor and outdoor facilities.

The purpose of the University of Dayton MIS Club is to establish opportunities for students in the MIS major to attend both professional and social events. MIS club hosts a variety of professional events each year in which students are able to learn more about careers with companies interested in recruiting students from technology majors. Past recruiting companies have included EY, PwC, Johnson & Johnson, Sogeti, Hyland Software, and Crown Partners. Additionally, the club hosts a variety of social events for club members each semester that allow younger students to talk to upperclassmen about their experiences with the major. All are welcome to join the club.

As a nonprofit organization dedicated on empowering youths, MY Project USA really stands for something powerful. My overall experience with the organization has been fulfilling and rewarding. From the different volunteering events they offer to the various ways to contribute to the group.

I enjoyed working here due to many leadership opportunities it offered. The community was very supportive and safe, which played an important role in developing my communication skills at work and in the real world.
