I manage a $41,000,000.00 a year project with over 25 finance staff under my supervision. Having such responsibility has been a challenge that I appreciate having every single day. I wake up every single morning thinking about a better way to serve and assist my staff and be the best leader I can be. This is a good experience and look forward to a great journey.About MCSPThe United States Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Bureau for Global Health’s flagship Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP) is designed to advance USAID’s goal of Ending Preventable Child and Maternal Deaths, and is currently working in 25 countries.MCSP supports the introduction and scale-up of high-impact, sustainable reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH) interventions in partnership with ministries of health and other partners. MCSP accepts all sources of health funds and can be accessed via field support.

Manage a portfolio of eight projects from eight different countries including Iraq, Haiti, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Benin; work closely with the Finance Team, Program Coordinators, and field finance offices staff to establish, develop, and strengthen uniform practices and procedures to capture and report financial reports.
