Operational Efficiency Project Management Lead.Main Objectives: achieve an overall 10% YOY savings against budget on fleet operation•Prepare a monthly report about vehicle costs: maintenance and repair, estimated distance travelled.•Vehicle Fuel Order and Management.•Monitor vehicle dispatch.•Managed vehicle maintenance schedules and planifications.•Prepare and complete SLA with end users to depict level of service required and meet at least 95% SLA requirements on time•Research on alternative motor pool management options with objective to outsource services, vehicle maintenance etc... Participate RFI/RFQ process (including replacement of existing pool) with procurement and prepare cost / benefit analysis with support from Finance/accounts. •Support when needed negotiations with landlords - propose solutions / arbitrations. Contribute ideas to improve contractual leases setup•Assist HR department when needed for house and office maintenance tasks•Ensure Final review, Contracting (IPF) and Mid-Year reviews are timely done for 100% direct reports (DRs) and timely loading and validation in HRIS.

Furniture•Renewal of cable TV(Canalsat and DSTV)•Report on savings through Guest Houses•Monthly report on status of all vehicles(Data update) / submission of monthly report timely•Reduce Complaints from users and improve response time.
