As Chief of Division at the Office of Professional Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT), I've been at the forefront of transforming Morocco's vocational training landscape. With a focus on innovation and quality, my responsibilities have included:- Spearheading the successful implementation of a new vocational training sector within OFPPT, ensuring its seamless integration and adherence to international standards.- Supervising and ensuring the high-quality delivery of training programs, with a particular emphasis on adopting modern pedagogical methods and digitization.- Leading the development of multimedia, digital, and physical resources to enhance the learning experience, in line with established standards.- Identifying infrastructure and equipment needs and overseeing their procurement to support effective training delivery.- Managing the recruitment and training of skilled resources, including trainers and supervisory staff.- Devising annual training plans and ensuring their consolidation, contributing to a well-rounded approach to capacity building.- Cultivating strategic partnerships and collaborations with organizations such as UNESCO and DFP to enhance the impact and reach of our training initiatives.- Building a robust network of industry professionals and stakeholders, including government bodies and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).- Representing OFPPT at national events and initiatives, demonstrating our commitment to vocational training excellence.- Providing regular performance reports to central and executive management to gauge project success.

Research and development:Identify the research and development paths of the entity in the field of materials; Define, set and budget the research projects; Lunch, monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects with partners; Organize international scientific conferences (logistics and communication); Editing of scientific publications. Entrepreneurship and employability:Build up a business incubation program for the students entrepreneurs; Develop curriculum and seminars on entrepreneurship and product development; Develop partnerships to facilitate access to the job market. Strategy and partnerships: Monitor strategic goals set by top management; Establish public-private partnerships (universities, companies, NGOs, government); Report the project’s progress and outcomes, edit the activities report; Represent the entity during events and seminars.Education and training for students and professionals: Develop and manage education programs; Identify the client’s needs and define the training offer. Integration and upgrading of the information system: Set up the procedure’s manual; Develop the requirements specification; Integrate and test the information system with the provider;

Product development project: prototyping bio sourced nonwoven for acoustic insulation :Define the technical specifications of the product to develop; Develop the experience plan and the prototypes; Test and improve of the prototype’s performances.
