Working independently as a third party payroll & benefits specialist in a multi client environment. Managing the day to day process of weekly, bi weekly, semi monthly and monthly payrolls of both exempt and non exempt employee's using multiple payroll and HRIS platforms. ADP Run, ADP WFN, Gusto, Paylocity, Bamboo HR , Zenefits and HR Connection. Ensuring that all employees are paid in an accurate and timely fashion. Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and employee's for payroll and benefit questions. Responsible for verifying all payroll entries including deductions, earnings, changes and managing PTO tracking of sick, personal and vacation time as well as resolve any discrepancies as necessary. Responsible for new hire on boarding and final payroll processing of terminated employees and off boarding procedures. Ensure organizational compliance with federal and local regulations, auditing and non-discrimination laws. Prepare ad hoc payroll reports for clients and / or external audits. Responsible for maintaining and updating payroll process and procedures.

Managed and processed US payrolls through ADP for approximately 175 employees in the US. Semi-monthly and bi-weekly frequencies of wages and commissions. Administered and managed all benefit plans for employees: 401K, FSA, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD, STD and worked closely with outside vendors providing benefit services to employees. Ensure that the complete process of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations were accurate and done in an expedient fashion Implemented a new payroll, HRIS, Time & attendance system that was more effective and offered self- service to employees.
