Being part of the event organizer, which is compiling, designing, conceptualizing, and managing the course of the event during D-day. In the project, I am currently working on "Malam Keakraban FTI 23" as the Head of the Event Division. Malam Keakraban FTI 23 is one of the activities carried out every year by the Faculty of Industrial Technology to make the class more bonded.

- Conceptualize and execute a performance arts show called Méemoir within one month of preparation.- Led 72 8EH Crew candidates batch of 29 from preparation to implementation of the ITB Radio 8EH regeneration project. - Get 184 viewers (153 viewers are ITB students dan 30 viewers are non-ITB students) from 100 targets people. - The show was rated 8.41/10 by 146 attendants, exceeding the expected target of 7/10.

Being part of the extracampus relations division, which as a whole becomes a liaison between the ITB October 2023 Graduation committee and outside parties and covers activities. Became part of the Faculty of Industrial Technology's Social Society 2023, which as a whole carried out socialization actions related to zero food waste in the community (school children, SMPN 5 Bandung). Pre-event:- Creating a pre-event in the form of a challenge for students of the Faculty of Industrial Technology 2023 to post photos of them spending food as a form of real action in the faculty. - Surveyed junior high schools in Bandung-Jatinangor.- Drafted the agenda and timeline for the event at SMPN 5 Bandung.- Creating games and a competition that will be played by students at SMPN 5 Bandung- Conducting open recruitment for 2023 Faculty of Industrial Technology students to become mentors on the day of the event.- Became a speaker to provide zero hunger material briefing and tips and tricks for presentations to selected mentors- Becoming a liaison officer (LO) for the mentor group. D-Day- Coordinate the running and readiness of the competition property on the day of the event.- Coordinating with divisions and chairmen regarding adjustments to regulations and some changes on the D-day- Controlling the mobilization of students - Serve as group LO- Serve as mentors and judges in the class competition - Mobilization of participants

Being part of the event division, which overall conceptualizes the events of Gathering 2 Faculty of Industrial Technology 2023. Pre-event:- Creating a pre-event in the form of a group photo of the batch divided into several groups.- Concept the event agenda- Creating games that will be played by one batch followed by approximately 404 participants- Arranging the rundown, ToR, taking care of venue licensing, and other technical matters- Seek and contact resource persons who bring material about the sundries of the world of lectures- Coordinating with other divisions related to the running of the event- Being the liaison officer (LO) of the groupD-Day- Coordinate the running and readiness of the game properties on the day of the event.- Coordinating with divisions and chairmen related to regulatory adjustments and some changes on the D-day- Controlling the mobilization of participants- Serve as group LO- Serving as a post-game guide- Mobilization of participants- Helping to organize the place during the schedule change - Giving a short drama performance as a closing activity

Being part of the BPH (Daily Executive Board) as the treasurer of the Gathering 1 event, which overall organizes the flow of income and expenditure of money for the Gathering 2 event of the Faculty of Industrial Technology 2023. Pre-event:- Drafted the overall budget for the event- Preparing income and expenditure reports - Creating a treasurer's ledger- Manage money from sponsors and business funds- Monitor the flow of money- Coordinate with the event division as the group's liaison officer (LO)D-Day and After (accountability)- Become the LO of the group- Prepare accountability report (LPJ)
