- Managed a portfolio of over 550 Competition acquired/competition approached properties with an aim of boosting revenue of the portfolio through actions derived from Data & Analytics.- Achieved an increment of 1.7% in take-rate and an increment of INR 5 million in profits in the first month, followed by a 1.3% increase in take-rate in the subsequent months.- Increased the RevPAR of the portfolio by 19% within 2 months of assuming the role.

• Project involved development of catalyst and catalytic process for value addition of biomass derived sugar.• Catalyst characterization by various techniques such as, X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Temperature programmed Reduction (TPR), Thermal Desorption Spectroscopy (TPD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) etc.• Optimization of reaction parameters to maximize the yield of the desired product and development of a suitable Kinetic Model.

• Automated the inventory tracking process. Identified key segments in Inventory items, and analysed their retrieval frequency, retention duration and in-flow rates to develop an effective Inventory Management plan to markedly reduce lead time in Sample retrieval.. • Instigated Item Coding and EXCEL based item tracking for better automation of the process.

• Bridged the gap between HR and Engineering division to develop a new internship model for Well Services, by understanding technical expectations, evaluation parameters and theory matter, analysing previous intern feedbacks, and considering operational challenges and field complications. • Enabled quantifiable assessment of interns and enhanced the internship experience by making the process modular & interest driven. The internship model is presently in use with improved feedbacks.• Suggested new developments in storage and inventory management of heavy equipment at Ahmedabad base to lower inventory costs and inventory related delays.

• Worked on a Revamp Project of BPCL, Mumbai with the aim of optimizing the Sour water stripper unit as per then-prevailing plant requirements.• Conducted a detailed technical analysis of the Unit, including process simulations on PRO/II and process compatibility computations, and highlighted necessary changes for process optimization.• Developed an EXCEL based computation tool that enabled precise computations for pumps, pipes and control valves.

• Implemented ERP in the company for better resource planning and management. Introduced 3D printing for product sampling to substantially reducing sampling costs.• Facilitated the company with design and web development issues.
