About Rachel Scott

My values are at the core of my professional choices. Through personal experiences, I understand the difference that that kindness and support can make during a challenging time. I believe that if I can benefit from such kindness and support, then I have a role to play in making a positive impact for others and paying it forward. In recent years I have led the development of Impact and Outcomes frameworks inclusive of consumer design engagement, identifying and mapping data collection points, measurement of impact against evidenced indicators, and evaluating the success of projects intended to improve the experiences of vulnerable people. It has been important that I remove all personal bias through this process and make difficult business decisions to keep purpose and beneficiaries at the forefront of everything I do. My skills in program design, budgeting, project management and evaluation are regularly applied to strategic decision making. I am regularly told that I can easily see the forest through trees, making me stay on track as well as understand and empathise with the ‘what ifs’ posed by life and colleagues. I am a self-confessed data nerd. I may not be a whizz at middle piece of analytics software but I can nail the start and the end; the collection of the right data and making decisions evidenced by data. I strongly believe that data is not just numbers, it’s a story waiting to be told and I want to be the voice that shares those stories.

Listed skills include New Business Development, Event Management, Event Planning, Sales, and 29 others.
