Stav is a payments expert with specialties in Product Management, Strategy, Prepaid Cards, Debit Cards, Payment Processing, Start-ups, and Strategic Partnerships. He is currently serves as the GM for Payment Products at numo, a PNC Fintech Incubator. Until recently Stav was the Chief Operating Office of Bambu System. . In this role, he was recruited to build the product and operations of Bambu, a startup building a financial services app for under-served consumers.Previously, Mr. Gil was the Global Product Head -Tokenization and Card Issuing Platform for PayPal. In this role, he worked closely with the technology organization to transform PayPal capabilities in the tokenization and card issuing and build new products including online tokens, EMV/NFC card and mobile payments. Before PayPal, Mr. Gil was the Vice President of Product Development for First Data Corporation from 2009 until 2012. In this role, he led First Data Open-Loop product management and expanded their products through partnerships with Walmart, Bank of America and Blackboard. He was responsible for multiple award winning prepaid card programs.Lastly, Mr. Gil was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Money Network, a First Data Company from 2006 until 2009. In this role, he established operations for payment startup from the ground up, created a customer-centric culture serving over 2000 clients and 2 millions cardholders, and grew revenue from $10M to $100M annually leading to an acquisition by First Data for $220M
