As a USCG Chief Warrant Officer serving in the specialty of finance and supply, I organized, planned, and supervised the work of personnel engaged in procurement, stowage, and issue of supplies. In my most recent job from which, I also supervised and directed personnel in the performance of duties including preparation of estimates of requirements, inventories of supplies and equipment, the audit of records, preparation of vouchers, and allocation of materials. In addition, I supervised Ground Support Personnel (GSE) and Armory Personnel. I also developed and supervised training programs, supervised the maintenance of personnel and material records, reports, and accounts. I retired from The U.S. Coast Guard Reserve having completed thirty years of service.
