* Primarily responsible for the quality system and consolidate the concepts central hospital workers.* Preparation of plans and programs and quality improvement at the hospital and the formation of working teams for implementation and follow-up .* Analysis of existing business systems to know their problems and work to remove them or the development of regulatory programs to facilitate and simplify work procedures .* Preparation and certification of the documents used in the procedures and work instructions .* Follow-up in cases of non-conformance quality systems and to take corrective and preventive actions .* Follow-up to the efficiency of the organizational structure of the hospital and revised from time to time for the purpose of improvement .* Providing advice to the director of the hospital to obtain a certificate and ISO 9001/2008 .* Preparation of reports on quality management system and the extent of the role of the hospital in the acquisition of customers satisfaction .

Conduct health and nutrition awareness-raising activities in the field according to awareness work plan.• Conduct weekly field monitoring visits.• Monitor the distribution of the food vouchers and document the distribution process under the supervision of the Field Coordinator.• Monitor voucher exchange in local stores and ensure compliance to project regulations.• Monitor voucher usage in local stores and at the household level to collect information for monitoring and evaluation purposes.• Liaise with local community representatives and stakeholders to promote the project mission and activities and overcome any obstacles or issue that may arise in the field.• Submit weekly reports and activity plans to the Field Coordinator.• Submit a monthly report on all projects activities to the Field Coordinator.
