KEY ACHIEVEMENT• Successfully spearheaded the accreditation exercise to register the company with MIPAN (Media Independent Association of Nigeria)Summary of responsibilities:Leadership & Management• Manage the Company’s business operations in line with the Company’s business policies, business plans and budget, and to meet financial goals as approved by the Board of Directors. • Oversee and support the development, design and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring that the goals and objectives are aligned with the company’s overall strategic plan • Oversee preparation of the annual budget and other necessary financial documents and provide information and justifications for Board of Directors in its budgetary review and approval process• Establish performance goals, allocate resources and comply with the policies for management. • Ensure the Company’s overall business growth in accordance with the Company’s objectives and business plans. Business Development & Client relationship Management• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas• Develop growth strategies and plans for the business.• Identify and map business strengths and consumer needs• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients/vendors are satisfied with their products and services.• Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts • Team up with partner agencies to deliver on brand campaign target (working with multiple agencies creative, PR, Experiential & Research)Media Relations• Lead on the strategy and management of the client’s internal and external communication functions to ensure that public, media, partners, staff and other stakeholders receive accurate and timely delivery of campaign objectives• Develop and lead campaign strategies to engage the local media and the public • Providing media leadership across different media channels
