In 1999, at the recommendation of my sales manager, I began supporting clinical research clients alongside my existing commercial accounts. I quickly recognized the potential of this specialized niche and committed myself to learning everything I could about the industry.In 2008, I joined Clinical Intelli-Print (formerly Document Solutions Group DSG) to focus on driving paper CRF sales. At that time, DSG was already successfully serving clinical research clients, but with electronic data capture (EDC) technology gaining traction over traditional paper CRFs, we needed to adapt.
