At Sportradar, I continued my journey in sports technology, building upon the foundation I had established at Synergy/Keemotion. My primary focus was on leveraging advanced computer vision solution and requirements to address challenges in the sports domain.Additionally, I was responsible for providing expert insights about other sports AI/CV companies in the market, evaluating them for potential partnerships and strategic collaborations.One of the standout achievements during my tenure was the establishment of an innovation lab group. This initiative was a collaborative effort between Sportradar and two esteemed universities, UCLouvain and EPFL. Our collaboration aimed to tackle a pressing problem in computer vision: the re-identification of players in a basketball game, a challenge accentuated by the dynamic nature of the sport where players are frequently occluded or partially visible.

At Synergy Sports, I was deeply entrenched in the intersection of sports, technology, and product development. As a key player in the company's growth trajectory, I spearheaded numerous product initiatives and automated production enhancements, leveraging the power of AI/CV.I also established two PhD programs, which yielded groundbreaking innovations in the realm of deep learning sports research in player instance segmentation, pose estimation and basketball detection.
