“Life is like a game of chess. To win, you have to make a move. Knowing which move to make comes with insight and knowledge, and by learning the lessons that are accumulated along the way.” Personal development is a full time job with great pay and overtime hours! I seek to learn something new and better myself each chance that I get. It is one of my top priorities to reach my full potential and go beyond what is expected. Sometimes we may fall, but you have to know when to look up and get yourself back up and on track. Every day is a new day to improve yourself.Design-Thinker.Thinking outside of the box and coming up with a new successful strategy changes minds, processes and businesses. As a Title I Educator, I am challenged with design thinking every day. I have expertise in coming up with new processes and strategies to empathize with others, define problems, come up with solutions, test solutions and reflect and revise. Design thinking also requires "on-the-fly" changes and decisions which is evident through being a classroom teacher to enhance learning, understanding, adoption and mastery.Results-Driven.“Passion is a great force that unleashes creativity, because if you’re passionate about something, then you’re more willing to take risks.” To get what you want in life, you have to take leaps, which comes with risk, to accomplish goals. I am driven by results to show the work and effort that has been put in. Turning tasks into a personal case study helps long-term learning. Adding value for customers is a main focus so creativity allows me to drive those actions for the business in the most effective way for outstanding results.People-Oriented.Throughout my life, I have lived in five different states, North Carolina, Georgia, California, Michigan and New Hampshire. Moving from one state to another, I have encountered many different types of people with amazing backgrounds. These opportunities has given me the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and allow me to seemingly bring groups of people together in a cohesive environment. Community is significant.High-Energy.Giving each interaction and task high energy in all walks of life, enhances your viewpoint to get things done. My high-energy is shown to be highly communicative, very focused on team results, yet attentive to individual contributors and having great judgement on situations. Optimism is a leader for high-energy and being outgoing only makes it better.
