Current• Builds relationships with schools, community-based organizations, and corporate partners to further collaborative initiatives through youth entrepreneurship and business development• Develops, oversees, and manages innovative youth programs, both nationally and globally, with 90% of participants exceeding program objectives via an EdTech web-based platform and mobile app• Establishes and implements strategies to maximize adoption, engagement, customer retention, and account expansions• Leads and develops the customer success team for sustainable scalability and growth with a customer-centric approach• Mentors and supervises program facilitators in the delivery of quality programs using WeThrive’s EdTech platform• Creates entrepreneurial pathways and identifies opportunities for youth to lead• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and grant providers to increase ROI and improve customer experience, impact, and value• Creates automated processes and systems to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of customer success• Establishes and monitors KPIs associated with customer, account, and operational success• Provides planning, assessment, and advisory support to Portfolio Companies• Strengthens youth talent and ideas through a support network of entrepreneur coaches and mentors that create a strong alumni-led and alumni-driven community• Trains and onboards clients to SaaS platform • Coordinates and assists with events• Attends and supports both in-person and virtual program events• Supports the general operations of WeThrive as needed
