Senior Cybersecurity Consultant & Systems Engineer
CurrentRESPONSIBILITIES:- Advise U.S. Federal Agencies addressing issues in Cybersecurity, Performance Improvement, Program Effectiveness, Audit and Audit Readiness, Financial Management, & IT Advisory- Coordinate large-scale cybersecurity engagements- Provide subject matter expertise and project management experience to serve as a POC for engagement teams- Work with prospective clients to identify opportunities, scope engagements, and build relationships- Lead GPS Cybersecurity consultants and practices in development, process improvements, enhancing existing IAM solutions and operating IAM processes (Identification, Authentication, Authorization & Accounting (IAAA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Data Governance & Protection) as required- Contribute to program management, service delivery model and strategy planning- Perform custom software development in support of GPS' Cybersecurity engagements and initiatives - Perform design and operation tasks of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies, applicable laws, and regulationsCONTRIBUTIONS: - Support the U.S DOE Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Engagement to identify and reduce potential risks associated with utilization of vendor services and products as well as help DOE entities meet federal requirements (Federal Acquisition Supply, Chain Security Act, NERC CIP, NIST)- Support the U.S DOE w/ a Zero Trust Maturity Assessment and developing a Implementation Plan in response to Executive Order 14028- Supported development of a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Zero Trust Maturity Model & Assessment- Supported the Cyber Marketing Team & Cyber Newsletter teams- Supported U.S. DHS CISA w/ SailPoint and IAM services
