As a senior member of the marketing team, the focus of my work was to position the brand favourablywithin the market sector, to grow the audience and drive website and in store traffic whilst workingclosely with the product and executive management teams.I was responsible for a range of digital marketing functions, including managing and overseeing all digitalmarketing content and social media executions to compliment our ongoing sales campaigns. This included producing content for all social media channels (either independently or in conjunction with external suppliers), providing Community Management to the Plush social media communities, developing, writing and promoting SEO-lead content for the Plush blog as well as delivering on-brand content and copy across all digital platforms including the Plush website and eDMs. My responsibilities also included reporting and documenting results of digital and social activity to the CMO.In addition, I was responsible for overseeing visual communications within the brand. Thisinvolved the design of digital and web assets as well as online advertising.Achievements:• I grew the Plush Instagram following from zero to over 40K in just three years, almost entirelyorganically, using strategic content and through careful day-to-day management of followers.• I managed to more than double the amount of followers on the Facebook Page in three years, achieved mainly through targeted competitions and other paid advertising strategies.• I recruited and managed over 50 Australian influencers and celebrities to join the Sofas forthe Stars® program and/or be social media brand ambassadors. These relationships lead to increased showroom traffic, generated sales and increased brand awareness.• I wrote and edited over 80 blogs for the Plush website in under two years - increasing organic search results, drove traffic to the website, improved the customer journey and drove organic and paid engagement on social channels.

I was employed at D+M, a marketing and design agency, for a period of five years.
