My life motto is: “The world belongs to those who set out to conquer it, armed with self-confidence and good humour” and so far it has taken me on an interesting journey!I have over 15 years’ experience in leading, training and mentoring large international teams to exceed customer service and financial KPIs. My accomplishments in strategy development and building efficient, reliable, and empowered teams, paired with my interest in the health and wellness industry led me to become a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My proven ability to ask the right questions and listen actively as well as finding solutions to complex challenges enables me to help clients find their optimal physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I encourage and support self-directed and lasting behavioural changes by applying motivational interviewing methods and positive psychology techniques. I am extremely passionate about seeing my clients progress, regain their confidence and succeed in their own lives.I am a big advocate for regulating the Health Coaching industry to ascertain a minimum standard of service in Australia as well as integrating Health Coaching in holistic clinic settings and as part of employee benefit packages.
