Experienced fraud and data expert with a history of leading cross functional teams in the development and administration of corporate fraud strategies. With the breadth of my experience stemming primarily from the mobile insurance and eCommerce space, over the years my team and I have been able to develop an industry agnostic end-to-end fraud mitigation framework which has allowed us and the world’s leading mobile service providers, re-sellers, and OEMs to realize combined loss savings at an average of just over $14M a quarter. Additionally, we've maintained industry low chargeback and transaction decline rates since 2017 as expressed by Visa. Teamwork is at the heart of this success, and I’m most proud of my ability to develop and motivate resources to work towards a common vision and perform with the speed, agility, and passion necessary to combat an ever-changing fraud landscape. The effects of fraud are long reaching, and its victims diverse. The profits derived through fraud activities serve to fund some of the world’s most notorious crime syndicates, many of which participating in activities such as illegal arms dealing, narcotics, and human trafficking just to name a few. The deployment of effective fraud identification and mitigation strategies provides opportunity for obtaining insights into these criminal organizations. Companies choosing to invest in fraud mitigation strategies whose scope extends beyond their bottom line and into creating safer experiences for their customers will undoubtedly be the companies leading us into the future. It's my intention to leverage my knowledge and experience towards helping these companies deploy effective fraud countermeasures in order to protect those in our society most susceptible to the exploits of these bad actors.
