Kai Condo at Bay Harbor Island ( 8 story residential building)• Assisted Project Manager and Superintendent in the processes of RFI’s, Submittals, Change Request and daily logs. • Deal with the workers and sub contractors at the job-site.• Participated in columns and slabs pouring concrete process.• Performed layout process along with the subs.
