- Manage multiple client books monthly from S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and Disregarded LLC's- Training clients on working on their own books monthly using Quickbooks desktop and online- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.- Generate financials for monthly bookkeeping clients.- Tax tie outs using both working trial balance and actual tax return for all entities.- Team Lead responsibilities in training and answering in depth bookkeeping questions with in myimmediate team.- Researching tax questions for the benefit of the client from intercompany resources.- Preparing annual 1099s for bookkeeping clients.- Setting up chart of accounts for in depth clients with multiple disregarded entities & rental propertiesby class/business.- Monthly phone calls with clients in a walk thru of any questions/concerns of financials provided.
