Project Management: Manage the new technology development and deliver lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, etc. Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Including but not limited to SDN(ACI, AVI, Big Switch), SD-WAN(Velocloud, Versa, Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, Aruba, CloudGenix, Citrix, Aryaka, Panorama), Public Cloud(AWS, Azure, GCP), Container(Kubernetes), etc.4. Customer support: Meeting with the customer to gather feedback, understand requirements, and advocate for their needs, offline or onsite resolve the customer's urgent issues.5. Platform Optimization: Continuously analyze platform performance, user engagement, and issue categories to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement enhancements, updates, and new features to drive user satisfaction.6. Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of platform developers, engineers, and other professionals, recruit qualified talents for the team, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Global team management, managed 20+ team members are distributed in 4 time zones in 6 countries7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on platform performance, metrics, etc. Present findings to senior management and make data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.Development language: Pyhton, C++, C#, JavaScript
