I started my career as a warehouse Associate at HILTI Canada. Recently promoted to Team Lead. I graduated in Supply Chain and Logistics at Centennial College.The training I received from my company helped me to accomplish the following tasks as I got promoted.Conducting shopfloor meetings every day, a brief discussion on yesterday's completed and pending works if any. Encouraging team members to come up with effective ideas for improving productivity. Discuss with the supervisor on daily tasks and check for any work to be prioritized. Assigning tasks to the team members. Tracking of shipments and receiving shipments into stock. Check for over or short in the shipments and claim them. Update the Supervisor if any delays in shipments and e-mails that need to be coordinated with sales managers. Assigning new locations for products not enlisted in the warehouse. Track the flow of work on the floor and reassign tasks among team members if required. Train the team members with SAP software and floor management in case of the absence of the team lead or supervisor. Verifying tasks completed for the day and providing a brief report to the supervisor. I was previously employed at Metro Inc as a Clerk in the Produce department. As a clerk, I was more expert in stocking, restocking shelves, displays with fresh produce, and maintaining customer relations. It was part of my duty to make sure that all the products on display are not damaged. Necessary assistance was given to customers while choosing the best ones from the bunch. My previous experience as a customer service engineer at Lumis helped me a lot to perform better at Metro Inc. At Lumis I worked as a customer service engineer for medical equipment like CPAP and BPAP. Managed quality communications, customer support, and product representation for each client. Handled emergency call-outs and service requests. My expertise was in the field of structural detailer with knowledge in software like TEKLA and SDS/2. I prepared daily status updates to keep staff up to date on program changes and requirements. Responded to requests for information. Drafted and submitted relevant engineering change orders for review. I was offered to work as an Instructor for TEKLA for a few months which was a great opportunity to learn more about the software by sharing the knowledge with the newcomer. I am eager to learn and adapt to a different environment. I have high expertise in maintaining rapport with clients. I am reliable and self-driven with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
