As part of the production team at CH Distelliery, I aided in the bottling and palletizing of the company's various products, as well as helping maintain the company's standards of quality.

I was a member of the production team for CH Distillery. There, I learned how to set up hose lines from a distilling tank to a bottling machine, and how to properly check for top quality in the products being shipped.

• Connect with guests by creating an immersive and engaging experience throughout the exhibit.• Act as brand ambassador by reflecting company values and aesthetic. • Support company visual standards by assuring each room in the exhibit is clean and properly displayed to guests.

• Process and fill orders made by customers in-store and on our website. • Receive and process shipments sent to the store location.• Accurately process cash and card transactions at POS system

• Communicate company policies via phone and e-mail, with relevant tone of voice. • Independently solve problems and properly address customer inquiries. • Manage social media feeds for Instagram and Facebook via Sprinklr.

• Write copy and, as part of a team, create content for Instagram posts.• Manage inventory of consigned items on a daily and weekly basis. • Accurately process card and cash transactions at POS systems.
