I have 12 plus years of IT experience in Analysis, Design and Development of Web based and BPM applications with good insurance knowledge, using technologies/frame works like PEGA PRPC, J2EE, spring, Hibernate and SQL.I have 5 years of diverse experience in design, architecture and implementation of Pega PRPC (6.x, 7.x, 8.x) based BPM enterprise wide solutions in Insurance and BPO industry verticals. He is Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.As a Product Tech Lead, have provided thought-leadership to teams and client across business and technical project dimensions solving enterprise wide complex business requirements, performed at both the enterprise and project level including scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployments.Also provided technical governance and project management to multiple clients and projects and ensured delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed and met / performed to technical and functional requirements.
