ACHIEVEMENTS* Revised all existing styles and designs improving them more than 80% and created a new assortment in 2010. * Reduced costumer complaints and improved sell more than 40% reducing store return from 8% to 0.1%.* Improved all existent patterns at the factory, created new patterns and cutting dies library.* Reduce operation cost in cutting, stitching and lasting departments with more simple pattern and new method for assembling improving factory about 70% work flow.

ACHIEVEMENTS* As Footwear Designer - With the technical experience, I provided the design team technical support to create more affordable styles during development stage.* Defined shoe assortment by season, increasing profitability, improving shoes inventory with 10% improvement.* As Technical Designer - I improved return rate in the stores more than 35% working through aesthetic and fitting.* Worked with Product Development and overseas technical team to improve the overall comfort and fit of the entire new Product.* Travel overseas to visit factories with GP & QA teams to look at current production improving company profit more than 15%.* Evaluated existing standards, develop new standards, and update QA Manual on a regular basis.* Worked with Consumer Testing Laboratory (CTL) and sourcing to resolve non-safety related test issues.
