Responsible of all the activities related to the Exhibit Management Program, Prioritize projects and meet deadlines and customer expectations. As an Asset Manager I ensure that all the customer assets are managed safely and execute all the stages of the project, time lines, logistics, production, quality control and storage.· Coordinate and plan Trade Show Projects (Install, Configuration or Reconfiguration and Dismantle)· Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.· Coordinate production activities by communicating with all company departments and vendors and allocating tasks and resources to ensure production priorities are consistently addressed.· Ensure all costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met, and assign responsibilities to accomplish daily tasks and ensure flexibility to meet special needs and deadlines.· Keep managers informed on warehouse activities by participating in daily production meetings and responding to requests from other departments.· Maintain a clear understanding of the Company customer requirements by following up with clients at each stage of the production process, and supervising the tracking of moves, add and changes.· Ensure the timeliness of product previews and training with internal and external customers by implementing quality control checks and inspections.· Provide the highest level of customer service including customer needs assessment, by meeting quality standards for services, evaluating customer satisfaction, and demonstrating knowledge of the company products and services.· Maintain appropriate flexibility in planning and procedures to allow for fluctuations in work load.· Prepare work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment replacement.· Production area schedules Management.· Storage and Inventory Control.

Ensure that each project was performed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.· Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well being.· Materials Purchasing, inventory control and suppliers research and dealing.· Examine financial data to improve the company's profitability.· Perform quality controls and production monitoring.· ERP system administrator.
