- Resident product engineer for GM D2UC program, for PTU (Power Transfer Unit) and RDM (Rear Drive Module).- Coordinate engineering changes requested by customer, suppliers or internally.- Creation and release of new revisions or new part numbers and BOM maintenance in Team Center.- Direct communication with customer to present engineering changes, DVP&R, timing and get the approval.- Plan and coordinate prototypes constructions required by customer or required to validate a change.- Support on technical issues related to forging, machining, welding and assembly process at AAM Complex.

- Asian BU, Door Panel and Over Head Console Engineer for Toyota Tundra and Highlander.- Work with plastic parts.- Internal plants follow up meetings during ramp up and mass production to identify and solve potential installation or handling problems marked in OIL.- Engineering change management through PLM Team Center software, including BOM and CAD data management.- Problem solving to eliminate issues and propose contra measures / long term solutions using A3/8D format.- Modification of 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 software.

- Honda BU. Complete Seat Engineer 1st, 2nd, 3rd Row and small parts.- Work with metal structures, foam, trim, mechanisms and plastic parts.- Internal and customer plants follow up meetings during ramp up and mass production to identify and solve potential installation or handling problems marked in OIL.- Engineering change management through PLM Team Center software, including BOM and CAD data management.- Problem solving to eliminate issues and propose contra measures / long term solutions using PDCA methodology in A3 format.- Modification of 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 software.

• Design Engineer JR.- Chrysler, Ford, Mazda, GM and Subaru OEMs. Speed sensor parts engineer.- Engineering change management and planning for implementation with finances, manufacturing, quality and suppliers using BIZFLOW and SAP softwares for all changes requested by customer (CN – Chrysler, NC – Ford and EWO – GM).- DVP&R creation and specification validations for Ford projects acc. to MLC.- Customer assembly plants meetings during ramp up and mass production to identify and solve potential installation or handling problems.- Mazda VA / VE, cost reduction activity: resourcing of one component from China to Mexico. Work with local supplier for full PPAP. DFMEA and control plan support.- Harnesses routing stack up to calculate cable length dimensions and optimum distance between encoder and sensor head to assure the correct readiness of ECU signal.- Modification of 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 software.- Prototyping of parts with laboratory according to customer requirements.• Knowledge & Achievements:4 months in Auburn Hills, Michigan, U.S. for Ford new project development.Reduction of KPIs in warranty pieces due to engineering proposed changes.Scientific molding (basic), SAP interface, design guides interpretation, CATIA Sheet metal, engineering analysis through DOE and DRBFM, 8D, 5W, FTA, A3 and core tools applications.
