-Support the establishment of the Mexico Operations (2 sites: Monterrey and Atitalaquia), focused on manufacturing & business process excellence GPS.-Work with Global Senior CI Leadership & individual Mexico sites to identify, and develop comprehensive business cases and develop a CI roadmap and execution plans.-Lead Mexico governance for programs/projects/change management GPE. Establish a cadence for team member engagement.-Establish standardized processes, systems, and reporting for all operations strategies and program/project GPE status and attainment.-Define and ensure program/project GPE financial contribution to the top and bottom line of Mexico Products. Drive significant short-, medium- and long-term value to Mexico Products.-Ensure that all strategic breakthroughs and Continuous Improvement Plans are actioned through high-quality plans tied to Value Stream Maps and Standard Work, and necessary KPI scorecards are in place and well managed to deliver on the key processes, which are measured weekly/monthly during Tier meetings.-Support the Global CI and extended team members on the execution of the Manufacturing program/projects GPE and ensure scope is delivered with planned resources and schedule/financials.-Govern, guide, and support other team members or product functions in programs/projects as needed.-Lead best kaizen(OKAM) recognition.

- Responsible for the coordination (development) of all aspects from Industrial & Manufacturing side related to new projects implementation for Assembly and Press Shop areas.- New Product Introduction & Technologies. Main Project: Eco Blue Technology.- Coordinate and planning lean events to evaluate new processes before launching as “manufacturing check sample - MCS” using lean methodologies as Value Stream Mapping, 3P, Kaizen events.- Define budget for new manufacturing equipment for Assembly and Press Shop areas.- Develop an executive monthly report of progress to Board Directors.- Standard work.- Production line and equipment capacity.- Headcount and equipment calculation.- Fixture, Poka-yoke, Lifting Devices.- Mfg Codes, Production Version & Routines in SAP.
