Abraham has over 20 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry with an Advanced level Culinary Arts degree. He has been a restaurant owner, Executive Chef and food consultant. He has managed volumes of over $10M with P&L responsibility. During his career he has owned restaurants in the US (Florida and Georgia) and most recently in Latin America. He has expert knowledge of food and catering trends with an eye on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
