-Project management with budgets of 300k - 10M USD.- Create, update and drive the project plan according to client needs.-Assess and track project progress to maintain the path of the outcomedate & budget.-Constant communication with the stakeholders and cross-functionalteams involved in each task.-Work with stakeholders to prioritize and determine the project'sacceptance criteria/critical success factors, and manage stakeholderexpectations throughout the project.-Use of best practices and industry knowledge to fulfill clients needsand expectations.-Constant communication with stakeholders & upper managements toreview the project progress.

-Timely implementation of assigned work orders and other Inspectioncenter projects by analyzing scope and determining necessities,evaluating complex progress and systems to establish requirements.and preparing reports of risk identification.-Weekly reports to upper management of PEP, showing the taskmanagement and outcome dates.-Drawing reviews,bill of materials and execution of certain taskaccordingly to PEMEX schedule.-Daily Reports with the use of Kanban methodology (Task to do, task inprogress, task on hold, task finished).-Supervision on field to match the reports and management with thesupervisors on duty.-Management the risk and budget with the stakeholders
