Responsible for:- Plant Boilers - Ammonia Refrigeration system- WWTP (Water Water Treatment Plant) Operations & permit compliance, monthly testing & reporting.- Environmental items, compliance for Marshall plant site. Air permit renewal, SWPP & SPCC plans & monthly inspections, refrigerant usage tracking, diesel fuel usage tracking, used oil program compliance, hazardous waste process compliance, Universal waste process compliance. Keeping current documentation of all the environmental items listed above in Environmental software for inspections & audits for reference & validation of compliance.- Manage 18 union contract team member utilities equipment crew across three shifts. Manage the team as Sunday & Tuesday week start team members for safe work completion & their payroll accuracy & compliance.- Interviewing & offering positions to utilities crew & General Maintenance crew- Team member accountability & recognition. Assign, schedule & follow-up on quality & quantity of completion of work.-Issue hot work permits & Ammonia system line break permits.-Daily use of SAP CMMS to maintain plant site utilities assets & work load pertaining.-Manage plant site fire suppression systems by interacting with plant team as well as supporting insurance approved contractors to maintain reliable operation of the systems.- Mechanical Integrity of plant site utilities equipment- Mange natural gas system for plant site, repairs, combustion safe work plans, work with utility providers etc.- Manage outside contractor work on plant site on utilities equipment repairs & modifications.-Manage site PSM (Process Safety Management) for Ammonia charged systems on site

Daily operations & maintenance of plant production & process equipment in a union environment.Utilize SAP CMMS system to create notifications, close work orders & preventative work confirmed to be closed by the maintenance staff. Audit goods movements to work orders & labor confirmations. Manage Bill of Materials for plant equipment. Update & revise preventative maintenance programs as improvements/opportunities are identified.Audit work completed by Maintenance staff to ensure all steps of task instructions have been completed to satisfy all personal & product safety including food safety requirements to provide a safe working environment & a safe quality product is produced each day.Complete weekly equipment centerline & maintenance staff compliance check lists & procedure audits to ensure reliability of the equipment in my assigned production areas of the facility.Have ownership responsibility of the maintenance staff on all three shifts on one of the five plant production lines to ensure that the three process maintain daily, weekly & annual efficiency's in the mid to upper ninety percent range.The three production processes I am responsible for includes: 1) Three gravy kitchens2) A pasta cook room 3) One aluminum plate carrier lines including dispensing, sealing, cartoning, case packing, conveying, printing (laser & ink), ammonia plate freezers. Support other plant lines as they run through the shift.Assist & support as needed during times of large or multiple issues/opportunities in the other processes of the facility. Responsible for labor management & approval in Kronos software system.Responsible for scheduling & balancing vacations by seniority for maintenance staff in my assigned area of the facility. Conduct daily & weekly shift meetings with maintenance team to provide awareness of items such as training's, safety items, product quality items etc.

Tear down, set up & operation of plant processing equipment. Perform rebuilds of packaging equipment & processing equipment. Maintain line efficiency of mid nineties.

Operate all plant equipment, complete repairs & PM's. Was given the first plant quality assurance award for running one million defect free yards of air filtration material for vendor supply.Design & built equipment mounts, brackets & structural equipment welding projects.
