My roles and responsibilities consisted of assisting all departments (physical/occupational therapy, speech therapy, marketing, billing, and reception). My time with the company allowed me to greatly develop my customer service skills. Organization and precision were needed as I worked to file patient paper work, schedule upcoming appointments and track attendance. Similarly, my experience with customer care came into play as I worked to follow compliance protocol, sanitizing equipment between patient usage. I gained valuable knowledge of the healthcare sector as I assisted with the company's marketing strategies and billing policies.
