I am a young construction professional from Dallas TX, and a student at The University of Texas at Arlington, pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management.My industry experience began in high school, working alongside my family in residential drywall projects. This foundation paved the way for my transition to the commercial sector, working with a drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustic subcontractor in the DFW area. Here, I gained valuable exposure to industry professionals, including field engineers and superintendents, which deepened my understanding of various roles within the construction landscape. I have since progressed to the project management side as a Project Engineer intern, recently receiving a full-time offer from my current employer, United Forming Inc. In addition to my construction experience, I have also developed my leadership and operational skills as a Kitchen Manager at Chipotle, where I managed inventory logistics and optimized back-of-house operations through effective task delegation and planning.
