As the Project Manager for Strategic Projects at Stadelmann & Boog, I am responsible for driving key initiatives that align with the company's long-term vision and goals. My role involves overseeing cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring the seamless coordination between departments to enhance efficiency and innovation.I work closely with senior leadership to identify critical areas for development and implement strategies that foster sustainable growth. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring alignment with company objectives.

I had the privilege of contributing with the training of professionals in the area of ​​engineering, exercising the function of professor I taught engineering classes, among which are:- Linear algebra, Differential calculus, Introduction to physics, Classical mechanics, Electromagnetism, Dynamics, Static, Mechanical engineering topics, Fluids, C.A.D., Sustainable development, Applied statistics and Propulsion.At the same time, I taught leveling courses in the area of ​​physics for 4 years.I gave lectures on the life of an aerospace engineer in the workplace, to more than a thousand people.Organized institutional collaboration projects for teachers and students, in order to create an environment of harmony and collaboration, among which are: training of sports teams to promote health and friendship, outings of service to the community as support for refugees , cleanliness of the city, road culture, strategies to reduce hunger among university students, among others.

Responsible for the projects of the aeronautical engineering career, under my supervision three large projects were successfully developed:- Coordination with the Mexican Air Force for the transfer of a helicopter from the facilities of the Air Force in Guadalajara to the Institute of Tijuana.- Coordination with the Mexican Air Force for the transfer of a private jet from the facilities of the Air Force in Sinaloa to the Institute of Tijuana.- The design and creation of a drone with composite materials.

- Supervise the correct design of new products.- Develop procedures and manuals for an optimal assembly.- Train line personnel for the assembly of parts.- Establish quality parameters.- Program the CNC in Mastercam.- Test prototypes and give feedback for improvement.

In charge of:Design prototypes in CAD (Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks) prototypes of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.Analyze and manage multiple problems related to the design to identify the root cause.Analyze designs and modify them until they meet the established parameters.Write reports and present progress in project meetings.

- Responsible of research and development to meet the needs of the organization.- Develop and implement research and development procedures and techniques.- Supervise research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on results.

Responsible of the technical communication of projects between the countries where 3DR was, in this case U.S.A. and Mexico.

I entered as an intern to this company where I proposed as a project, to design a drone with recycled materials. When the project application was accepted, I started designing in CAD (Solidworks) a drone using PVC pipes as a structure.

This was my first job as a teacher, with 16 years old I began to collaborate in the training of my colleagues in the area of physics. After winning the state science contest, the director decided that the way to boost my career was to teach what I knew, so he left me in charge of the physics classes, which was his position.
