Strategy notes and workplans drafting to inform negotiations with stakeholders interested in funding UN Women’s gender equality agenda in Colombia.- PMEL Specialist and Ad Interim Coordinator to the Overcoming Violence Against Women program. A 6-year program funded by USAID aimed at closing gender gaps (political, economic and Gender-Based Violence response) in the departments of Cauca, Meta and Antioquia through knowledge generation, institutional capacities installation and cultural transformation.- Lead the planning, learning and reporting protocols for multiannual projects aimed at promoting women’s political and economic rights, facilitating the access of women victims of violence to the System of Truth, Justice and Reparation mechanisms created by the Peace Agreement and protecting women Human Rights defenders in Colombia. These projects were primarily funded by the Peacebuilding Fund, the Embassy of Norway, and the United Nations Multipartner Trust Fund (MPTF).

- Lead over 5 programs aimed at boosting youth and women’s participation in public budgeting, raising awareness towards Gender-Based Violence in 20 targeted neighbourhoods and facilitating interethnic and institutional dialogue with Afrocolombian and Indigenous communities residing in Bogota.-Insights provision and political advisory to the Local Mayor of Ciudad Bolivar to install and coordinate the human rights and transitional justice committees to assist victims of the armed conflict residing in Ciudad Bolivar.- Lead a local pilot for participatory budgeting and planning. This pilot sought to allow local communities to identify, understand, suggest, and implement alternatives for local challenges (infrastructure, diversity, and environmental) with a public budget.
