As the Managing Editor for the Florida Undergraduate Law Review, I collaborate closely with our team of editors, guiding them in fostering strong and productive relationships with their writers. I ensure that the editorial process is smooth and supportive, helping writers refine their arguments and perfect their legal analysis. In addition, I oversee the progression of articles from initial drafts to final publication, ensuring quality and cohesion throughout the review process. Every semester, we aim to publish a journal of 15 writers in unique legal categories and topics. As an undergraduate law review, we seek to give opportunities to undergrads and help them develop primary research skills for law school. In addition, we give writers the chance to be published on our channels, assisting them in forming legal articles revolving around current events that are legally relevant.

As Director of Public Relations, it is my requirement to oversee statements and essays that are published from the Florida Undergraduate Law Review. My mission in this role is to establish professional demeanor while also communicating complex issues that have opposing sides. The Florida Undergraduate Law Review is a space for undergrad students to develop their future law careers and become knowledgeable in legal current events.

I created an E-Commerce brand that was initially named, "Hilus Market Place". Later on, the brand focused on a particular niche, selling anime inspired boxing gear. Although I still have a passion for this market, I've decided to focus on excelling my education in the realm of liberal arts. Of course, something that you have built from the ground up will have an indelible influence with your future pursuits. This business gave me sound perspective on the art of "supply and demand". A great product markets itself, and a bad product is obsolete no matter the amount of money you put in advertising.Running your own business gives you the ability to implement business principles you learn into a real world application. There are constant variables that occur at the same time, and it your job as the owner to juggle these values. Here are some valuable lessons I learned during my time as a part time business owner while also attending community college. What I learned: 1. Communication: Usually when you wanna sell a product with large quantity, and do not have a in-house supply chain. You will need to outsource. One of the most viable options is a manufacture that is outside the United States. Learning how to communicate your need in small non-complicated phrases to a manufactures since they will usually struggle in english. I developed a great relationship with my manufacture. We lashed out disagreements, collaborated on final product design, and negotiated prices in fair respectful dialogue.
