I spearheaded the development and implementation of a multitude of front-end and back-end systems, specifically tailored to enhance the fulfillment process for Meta's thriving online stores. Through my technical expertise and strategic vision, these systems seamlessly processed over 100,000 orders, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. I successfully led a high-performing team of five engineers, and together we achieved remarkable outcomes that significantly impacted the company's growth and success.I also took charge of crafting and developing bespoke mobile apps for internal company use, streamlining various workflows and fostering a more agile work environment.

Software engineer in charge of multiple projects both in frontend and backend

As a responsible for the IT department I've worked on several projects from managing the team to coding several modules. We used mainly PHP/MySQL for our backend, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery on the frontend.Most projects were managed using SCRUM as agile methodology.Projects ranged from secure file repositories, large web platforms for oil companies, e-learning platforms and government projects.

I was Sr. Project Manager with 8 programmers on my team, we developed the platform for the Programa de Apoyo a la Comunidad y Medio Ambiente (PACMA) which included over 20 modules, more than 20 different user roles and 18 stages that every request had to pass through. Some perks about the project we developed: Geolocation system, PDF creation on-the-fly, Custom reports, real-time graphics, custom alerts system.Honorable Mention in the Transparency Innovation Awards 2014.

I was responsible for the functional analysts team for the project named Sistema de Cobranza Fiscal (SICOF) developed for INFONAVIT. This project included 11 modules with over 40 packages in total. I was a leading role in multiple releases, migration to a responsive frontend, and desing of new functions. Project was suddenly terminated due to top management change at INFONAVIT.
