• Key Account Manager - Global Annual Incentive (Process Automation Business)• Managing compensation and benefits administration and supporting Global annual compensation, annual incentive & sales Incentive processes• Ensuring all compensation information is stored accurately in the local and global systems and managing Annual incentive calculation• Ensuring appropriate service delivery, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of information with all stakeholders• Ensuring execution and delivery of compensation and benefits services according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)• Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to compensation and benefits into appropriate systems as necessary• Supporting employee queries using HR case management tool – service now and leading process improvement projects as and when required
