About Abraham Varney

Abraham Varney is an environmentalist and an entrepreneur with over three years’ experience in these fields. He interned with Fauna and Flora International as a Behavioral Change Communication Intern (Species Conservation). He works for Farmers Associated to Conserve the Environment as National Coordinator where he runs the Student Environmental Leadership Program that aim to build the capacity of students and resources users to engage in sustainable livelihood activities. Abraham is the winner of YALI Leadership Award Nigeria Cohort 5 and He studies Global Challenges at the African Leadership University in Rwanda, Kigali where he serves as Vice President of the Student Representative Council. Abraham is driven by his passion for environmental justice and entrepreneurship.
