I am a Managing Director & Partner in the Minneapolis office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and a core member of the Consumer Practice Area with a particular focus in the Retail sector. I help our retail clients drive value creation across a range of topics including enterprise strategy, category strategy and resets, merchandise and indirect procurement, space optimization, digital strategy, store operations, supply chain, organizational effectiveness, and ESG. Prior to joining BCG, I worked in the International R&D function of General Mills, focused on new product and process development, as well as productivity improvement initiatives. I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University where I graduated with highest honors. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my family and friends, woodworking, and trying to get better at golf and watersports.
