The platform was developed using open-source technologies and third-party services and was completed under my supervision.To ensure efficient and effective project implementation, I facilitated the adoption of agile methodologies and product development life cycle processes, which involved meticulous planning, agile execution, effective stakeholder communication, change management, and comprehensive quality assurance testing.

One of my critical achievements was successfully communicating the value-added IT/Digital services and group digital transformation strategies to functional managers and business executives, resulting in engagement and support for key programs. This achievement enabled the business to move forward with greater confidence and achieve significant success.In addition, as a leader of a global delivery and project team, I mentored and trained 10 direct reports through targeted training programs, job rotations, and periodic performance reviews. My leadership resulted in significant cost savings of approximately 5M CHF through the adoption of cloud-hosted application delivery, managed services, and an asset-light approach. I collaborated with a globally dispersed team to successfully migrate workloads and services to the cloud across three regional data centers with minimal disruption to business operations.Furthermore, I launched commercial RFPs, consolidated over 100 service providers to c.15 strategic partners, and played a crucial role in contract negotiations, Service SLAs, and technology architecture. I provided guidance and support to Project Managers, established a digital community platform to encourage collaboration, and defined success criteria KPIs and management dashboards. To achieve this, I worked closely with executive leadership, functional heads, and corporate IT Leadership to develop and implement an Information Systems strategy aimed at maximizing business benefits, efficiency, and productivity. In addition, I created an IT Shared Service organization and optimized our IT budget, lowering total cost of ownership by 15%.To further enhance the organization's IT capabilities, I initiated a gap analysis in the Oracle ERP e-business suite, which helped me to optimize processes and integrate it with industrial systems. I also migrated business applications to the cloud, which not only led to lower costs but also resulted in greater efficiency. I joined this employee-owned management, engineering, and development consultancy firm to project manage the stabilization of their IT environment and prepare IT infrastructure for group workflow and design application (BIM & OpenText) rollout in the region, covering 10 countries and 18 offices across the Middle East and South Asia. Initiated a transformation project to redesign regional IT Infrastructure architecture and services to ensure service reliability, performance, and security, at cloud datacenter and branch offices.Realized 40% in cost savings and improved network uptime from 78% to >98%; initiated and managed the RFP tender process to improve MPLS WAN infrastructure/global connectivity.
