I regularly represent cable operators, wireless carriers, and other communications companies on franchising, broadband infrastructure, pole attachment, and administrative law issues. My general commercial litigation practice includes representing clients in various business involving contractual claims, fraud, statutory and constitutional issues, environmental concerns, intellectual property, false advertising, privacy, and administrative law challenges.I am also actively involved at Sheppard Mullin, currently serving on the firm's Pro Bono Committee, Recruiting Committee, and Associates’ Forum.
