As the CEO at Kraft Heinz, I have the honor of leading our 37,000 employees who are committed to making delicious, quality food for meal tables around the world. It is a privilege to drive our Kraft Heinz growth strategy, growing our people and culture of ownership, and ensuring our company values are embedded across the enterprise. Prior to becoming CEO, I most recently served as President of Kraft Heinz, and prior to that served as President of our North America Zone. I joined Kraft Heinz in 2020 after a career spanning more than two decades at companies including Mondelez and Campbell’s, and I began my career at Kraft Foods. While at Campbell’s, I served as EVP and President of Campbell Snacks. My roles at Mondelez allowed me to jump into the wide world of biscuits, gum, candy and beverages, and lead marketing and strategy across Developing Markets. During my first stint at Kraft, I held numerous roles, leading the development of iconic brands in Savory Snacks, Cheese, Frozen Pizza, and across the Oscar Mayer business.In addition to serving on the Kraft Heinz Board of Directors, I also served as a board member at Energizer Holdings for four years. I am a proud Puerto Rican (is there any other kind?). I attended Carnegie Mellon University (Go Tartans!) for my undergraduate degree and received my MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (Go Blue!). Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my family and re-energizing at the gym.
