Responsible for maintaining the general ledger, chart of accounts, accounts payable & receivable, accounts reconciliation, bank transactions, bank reconciliation, Banks accounts.Manages and handles the preparation of daily accounting transactions to the general ledger (revenues, expenses). Responsible for Petty cash expenses. Resolve accounting discrepancies. Ensure all relevant accounts information are presented in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis between the general ledger's bank accounts and the bank statements. Perform & follows up bank account transfers as requested.Perform data entry on financial and accounting software.Prepare submit and Follow up with GAZAT regarding the VAT returns.Prepare and submit Withholding Tax. Ensure project cost control and accounting are in line with project requirements. Collaborate with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure timely project completion.Control and monitor project expenditure, including verification of invoices, claims, and project expenditures. Coordinate with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure project delivery.Prepare payment certificates, record running costs, and compare them to the approved budget.

•Preparing letters of Credit for Import and Export LCs.•Preparing letter of guarantee for the comany’s projects.•Recording and documenting all the daily transactions with the banks in their records.•Following-up on the long and short terms loans settling at the determined time and according to the conducted agreements with the banks.•Settling all the bank related issues through matching the companys books with the banks statement.•Maintaining Journal Entries for Not payable to Murabha in Erp system Oracle.•Maintaining Supplier Invoices in Erp System Oracle.•Preparing Bank Reconciliation.•Amendments for Import & Export LCs.•Keeping Record of Bank Dues for Import LCs.•Good hands of experience on Outlook.
