• Managing AMC sites (FM & MEP) with completion of PM activities with full client satisfaction.• Generation of new AMC enquires with conversion of enquires into orders.• Preparing AMC contract documents (SLA) for existing and new clients and following up for AMC orders.• Undertaking refurbishment and retrofit activities of chillers, AHU’s, Package Units, Cooling towers, FCU’s.• Performing site audits to check fulfillment of HSE requirements, site operational requirements and business generation.• Responsible for the entire cycle of the contract, right from enquiry generation, order booking, final billing, documentation & enquiry closure with client feedback.• Quarterly reviews with Management for Visibility on Booking and Turn Over respectively.• Major Clients: Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) – Duqm Airport, Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex (SQYC) Salalah, STCC Garden Mall Salalah, Land Mark Group, Radisson Group of Hotels, Barkha Power Plant (NOMAC Oman), Ramada Group of Hotels, Rotana Group of Hotels, Ministry of Oil & Gas.
