 Review the Revit models & BIM Extracted Shop Drawing & supervision for the installation of MV Network, RMUs, , MV Switchgear ,Transformer & MV cables. Review the Revit models & Producing BIM Extracted Shop Drawing for Lighting & Lighting control system & Power system. Review Design, Produce the shop drawing & supervision for the installation for the Power system of Mechanical Loads i.e. Fire Pumps, Sum Pumps, Irrigation Pumps, Chilled water Pumps, Exhaust Fans, HVAC system, FCUs, FAHUs etc. Engineering calculations, Earthing system calculations, Voltage Drop calculations, Lux Calculation, Cable Sizing and Electric Power Panels Design & Calculation, Panel Board Schedule, Cable Tray Size calculation. Review Design, Review the Revit models & Producing BIM Extracted Shop Drawing & supervision for the installation for low current system (Fire Alarm system, BMS System, Data & Telephone, CCTV system, Access control, Audio Visual System, Intercom System. Review the Shop Drawing & & supervision for the installation of Elevators & interfacing with Fire Alarm, BMS & CCTV System. Supervision of Installation of, Generators, CBS & UPS. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications & quality standards. Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and conflicts related to electrical design and construction activities, and provide timely solutions to keep the project on track. Explore opportunities for value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality Electrical solutions. Review Contract Documents Scope, BOQ, Design drawings & Project Specification. Manage resources, Commercial and Technical delivery of the project. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that electrical works are executed according to project plans, schedules, and budget constraints.  Coordinate with other disciplines Mechanical, Arch & Civil.

Design and installation supervision of MV, LV and ELV Networks & PV Solar system according to ,NFPA, BS , IEC ,ANSI,IEEE and SBC Standards.calculate cable size , voltage drop ,Short Circuit calculations, Trafo sizing & Circuit Breaker Selection. Electrical load estimation and preparing Panel Board schedule.Lux Calculations for indoor , outdoor & street Lighting. Review the KNX Lighting control system scenarios and control philosophy .Liaise with suppliers for all Electrical materials (RMU, Transformer ,MDBs , Panel Boards , Lighting Fixtures , Lighting control systems ,wiring devices ,PV Solar system, Fire Alarm system ,Traffic control Lights & equipment ,HV,MV& LV cables ,Earthing & Ground systems ,cable tray & conduits) and Evaluate the Technical proposal & compliance with project specification.Participate in preparing the tender documents ,including BOQ and specifications.Design of MV, LV and ELV Networks & PV Solar system according to ,NFPA, BS , IEC ,ANSI & IEEE Standards, including Design single line diagram(SLD).Review the Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans(ITPs), Method of statement(MST ) to ensure effective quality controls are in place in key areas.Evaluate and submit the Material Approval Request ( MAR), Document Submittal, Raise the Technical Query (TQ) & Material Inspection Requests (MIR) to the Consultant for approval.Perform Insulation Resistance test and Continuity Test.Supervision of FAT tests of Generators , Transformers & Package Substations .Supervision of Installation and commissioning of Generators, Transformers, RMUs,Switchgears,ATS, MCCs ,MDBs ,APFC & LCPs.Supervision for the Installation of Street Lighting Networks & Landscape Lighting Networks.Supervision for the Installation of Low Voltage system (Power system , Cable Tray ,Low Voltage Panel, Wiring for Lighting & Power) and of low current system (BMS, Data & Telephone system, Fire Alarm system ,MATV system , Access control system, CCTV system & Public Address system.

Designing and supervision of installation of street Lighting fixtures and poles and the Lux calculations of street Lighting through Dialux .Perform Insulation Resistance test and Continuity Test.Underground cable installations,jointing,termination of cables and fault analysis of underground cables.Supervision for the installation of under ground duct Banks.
