Brand Promotional Co-Ordinator
As a brand promotional Co-ordinator I oversee the day to day operation of Brand Ambassador (BA) team. As a coordinator I assist TMS in the implementation of an company's sales initiatives and strategies. Examine the needs, wants, and purchasing patterns of our target retailers and consumers. As a area coordinator I was responsible for the daily efficiency and effective performance of all business units assigned to me and to guide assigned team towards brand promotion and resolve problems as it arouse. Furthermore I went out to retail locations,events and other public areas to promote the brand and increase product awareness. Sometimes I have perform direct sales for the brand promotion as well. Broadside on I have to vint daily attendance and achievement report of my team, analyse BA's daily report,ensure team grooming and technical issue.
