With over 12 years of experience in the field of social work, I am passionate about providing quality care and support to individuals and families in need. Currently, I work as a Social Worker in the Case Management Department at HCA Healthcare, where I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the psychosocial needs of patients and their caregivers. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy to help patients cope with chronic illness, mental health issues, substance abuse, and other challenges. Previously, I served as the Director of Social Services at Paramount Healthcare and SavaSeniorCare, where I supervised and trained social work staff, coordinated discharge planning, and facilitated community referrals and resources. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Texas at Arlington and will test for my LCSW this February. I am committed to advancing the profession of social work and advocating for social justice and human dignity.
